About Me
I am passionate about my work. I love witnessing individuals reclaiming their energy and zest for life, becoming more balanced and present as well.
I am an LCSW ( Licensed Clinical Social Worker), with a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Carpenteria, California.

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Society and Justice and my Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.

I was licensed in California as an LCSW in 2007, after completing the required hours of supervised practice and the required state exams.

As a graduate student in a PhD Clinical Psychology program,I did an internship at the Institute on Aging in San Francisco in 2006-7, gaining training and experience in providing psychotherapy to homebound elderly and physically disabled individuals.

I have been trained in traditional therapies, including behaviorism, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I have also learned post-Freudian and post-Jungian approaches to therapy.

Since 2010, I have been increasing my skills and experience in working with therapies that are experiential, including Embodied Imagination, Gestalt therapy, Brainspotting, and Family Constellation work.

I have a private practice. I also work with sliding-scale clients, and those who are on CenCal insurance through Community Counseling Center in San Luis Obispo. I do not take any other insurance.

I see people both in-person and by Telehealth.
I only work with adults at this time.
